DONATE
Support the Cedar Valley Makers in our mission to promote collaborative learning, creative design, and manufacturing for people of all ages and skill levels. There are several ways to make a donation and all donations create an immediate impact in our Maker Community, and a lasting impact in our Cedar Valley Community and beyond.

MONETARY DONATIONS
Money donated to the Cedar Valley Makers will be used for things our community needs: operations, machine upkeep, membership fees for individuals who need financial assistance, and for community Maker programming sponsored by the space.
Gifts are tax-deductible. Monetary donations to CVM are made through the Cedar Valley Makers Fund held with the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa. You will receive an acknowledgement of your donation to the Cedar Valley Makers Fund from CFNEIA, an accredited local nonprofit organization.
Monetary donations can be made to the Cedar Valley Makers on the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa (CFNEIA) secure webpage at fund.cfneia.org/cedarvalleymakers, OR via a check that is made payable to 'Cedar Valley Makers'.
You can send checks to:
Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa
C/O Cedar Valley Makers
3117 Greenhill Circle
Cedar Falls, IA 50613.
Important note: Starting in 2025, CVM started a Capital Campaign, and during said campaign, monetary funds will be utilized for our new build and move to a new location. For more information about the Capital Campaign, check out our page here.

SUPPLY/CONSUMABLES DONATIONS
In-kind donations of consumables (i.e. 3D printer filament, sand paper, etc.) are accepted and greatly appreciated to help keep the Cedar Valley Makerspace functioning and to allow for extra community programs to continue upholding our mission.

TOOL DONATIONS
We are always looking for ways to upgrade the space and to ensure that we are offering our community of Makers, and future Makers, opportunities that they could not be afforded otherwise.
If you have tools or equipment that you would like to donate, please send a picture and description of the tools/equipment to us at info@cedarvalleymakers.org. We will review the donation and get back to you with any follow-up questions or to arrange drop-off.
Please note that donated tools and equipment become the property of the Cedar Valley Makers. We try our best to make use of all donations we receive. We prefer equipment in good working order, to prevent taking up space that could be utilized for making, while someone has time to make repairs.
