Machine Orientation Checklist:
Pre-Operation

1.  Read operation manual and know how to safely operate equipment. 
2.  Inspect to make sure the drill press is in good working order.  If not, fix it, or unplug it, tag it and report it.
3.  Pieces should be supported by fence when possible.
4.  Wood and other non-metals.  Use the machine shop drill press for metals

Post Operation
  1.  Remove drill bits
  2. Replace fence if removed
  3.  Clean-up all saw dust, leave space cleaner than you found it.
